Selon une source rapport\u00e9e dans Trains Newswire, les pi\u00e8ces communes aux SD9043MACs vont servir \u00e0 entretenir les moteurs de type 710, tandis que les moteurs 265H vont \u00eatre vendus pour exportation ou pour la valeur du m\u00e9tal. Le reste (les \u00ab\u00a0frames\u00a0\u00bb) vont \u00eatre d\u00e9coup\u00e9s \u00e0 East St.Louis,IL  pour \u00eatre envoy\u00e9s \u00e0 la fonderie. Les locomotives num\u00e9rot\u00e9s dans les 8900s sont pr\u00e9sentement sur une voie de garage \u00e0 Denver et vont \u00eatre transf\u00e9r\u00e9s vers la r\u00e9gion de St-Louis peu \u00e0 peu. <\/p>\n<p>En g\u00e9n\u00e9ral, les SD90MACs ont eu relativement peu de succ\u00e8s. Quelques-unes se trouvent maintenant dans les flottes de compagnies de location. Des essais pour leur donner une nouvelle ont eu lieu sur le Wheeling &#038; Lake Erie entre-autres, mais il n&rsquo;y a pas eu de d\u00e9veloppement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Mise \u00e0 jour &#8211; 18 ao\u00fbt 2008:<\/strong><br \/>\nAu sujet des autres utilisateurs des SD90MACs, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trains.com\/trn\/default.aspx?c=a&#038;id=3833\">Trains Newswire rapporte<\/a> que <a href=\"http:\/\/www.trains.com\/trn\/objects\/images\/sd90mac9001-006.jpg\">la premiere SD9043MAC d&rsquo;Indiana Railroad<\/a> vient de sortir des ateliers de VMV Paducahbilt \u00e0 Paducah,KY.
